Utua's first collection was released in 2014, and over the years, customers' wishes and feedback have been listened to with a keen ear. Finns want a high-quality and impressive bag for work, and a genuine leather bag gives a valuable impression of its wearer and is well suited to business attire. Nowadays, computers may be carried in other than a traditional computer bag, so this places its own demands on the bag of someone who does information work. Utua wanted to meet this challenge!
Listening to customer feedback and taking their wishes into account plays an important role for us, as it was an influential factor in the creation of the Utua brand. The creation of Utua was greatly influenced by the preferences and wishes of Finns, which often differ from those of Central and Southern European countries. In our country, the practicality of bags is often emphasized more strongly, perhaps due to weather conditions, which is not always taken into account in the collections on the market. Utua's designer Piia, as a passionate bag person, decided to start responding to the wishes of Finns, and that's where it all started.
