This is the register and data protection statement of Utua Finland Oy in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data of Utua.fi customers is collected in the customer register during registration and ordering. This privacy policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

2. Use of cookies
The Utua.fi online store uses cookies to improve the user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is temporarily stored on the user's hard drive. The data processed includes: name, email address, order number, time of cancellation. The basis for processing: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)). The data is processed within the EU/EEA and deleted after 90 days.
