We have compiled the most common questions and answers on this page. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can contact our customer service.
Please note: We do not offer credit cards and do not operate in the banking or lending sector.
1. Websites
You can use the search function if you know the product name. Or you can search the store for a specific color or type of bag, such as "backpack".
Our bags are unique, and therefore we only produce small quantities of each product. If a product is still visible in our online store, please contact our customer service so we can check its availability.
There is a box for discount codes at the checkout. Enter the code there and press enter, and the checkout will apply the discount to your order. Please note that you cannot get an additional discount on already discounted items using discount codes.
2. Ordering Products
You can order our products from our online stores at www.utua.fi or www.sievishop.fi.
We only produce our products in small quantities, and sometimes they sell out quickly. If a product is no longer available in our online store, you can send an inquiry to our customer service, and we will check if the product is still available.
You can find the most important measurements for each product on the product page for that item.
The size information for each bag can be found on the individual product page for that bag.
Please carefully review your order before confirming payment. The order cannot be changed or combined with other orders. If you notice an error in your order, such as in your contact information, please contact our customer service immediately.

After your purchase, you received an order confirmation email from us. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse.
If you have registered as a customer, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section after logging into the online store.
The order is paid for using the payment methods offered by Klarna, which you can read more about in the Payment Methods section of the delivery terms.
You will receive a delivery confirmation from us, and after that, an invoice from Klarna will be sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse. Please remember to check your spam folder as well. As a private customer, you can easily view your outstanding invoices by logging in to Klarna: klarna.com/login. Business customers can inquire about their invoice by calling Klarna's customer service at 09-42599771.

The normal delivery time for packages is 2-4 business days to the selected pick-up point. In exceptional situations and during peak periods, such as sales or major campaigns, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse.
You will receive a notification of arrival from Posti, Postnord, or Matkahuolto via text message and email, provided you have provided your information when placing the order.
You will receive a notification of arrival from Posti, Postnord, or Matkahuolto via text message and email. Another person can also pick up the package on your behalf from a Posti pick-up point by presenting the tracking number and their own photo ID. When picking up a Matkahuolto package on behalf of another person, a power of attorney or pick-up code must also be presented. Instructions for picking up a Matkahuolto package and a power of attorney template can be found here .
Posti (Finnish Post) stores packages for 7 days and Matkahuolto (a Finnish transport company) for 14 days, after which they are returned to the sender. We charge a handling fee of 20 euros for unclaimed returned orders. If you wish, you can place a new order for the returned products. We do not automatically resend returned orders.
3. Product exchange or return
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it within 14 days. A €5 handling fee applies to returns, and a €10 fee applies to unclaimed packages. For detailed exchange and return instructions, please see the "Return Policy" section of our terms and conditions.
Our products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The exchange policy only applies to exchanging the same product for a different color or for another product of the same price. One exchange can be made free of charge.
The right of exchange and return does not apply to orders made as business purchases.
THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE CHRISTMAS GIFTS IS VALID UNTIL JANUARY 10, 2025.
Please allow a total of 10-20 business days for the return to arrive and be processed. The refund will always be issued using the same payment method used to place the order. You will receive an email from us once the return has been processed.
When returning a product, you can report the return using the Klarna app or by logging into My Klarna: klarna.com/login, at which point Klarna will put your invoice on hold. After we have processed the return, you will receive a message from us, and after that, Klarna will send you an updated invoice by email. The money is always refunded to the payment method used to pay for the order. If you have not yet paid for the order and have an open invoice with Klarna, Klarna will deduct the amount of the returned products from the invoice. If you have already paid for the order, Klarna will refund the payment after we have received the returned product.
4. Delivery Errors
If you received the wrong product or a product was missing from your delivery, please notify us immediately upon noticing it by contacting our customer service.
a. If a product is missing from your package, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your error report.
b. If you received the wrong product, please notify us immediately upon discovering the error. You will receive instructions for a free return to your email address after submitting the error report, and they can also be found in the terms of delivery under section 6. Exchange and return instructions must be followed. We will process delivery error claims as quickly as possible.
5. Product defects
That's unfortunate to hear! If there's a fault with the product you purchased, please contact our customer service. Leather bags have a one-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If you experience manufacturing-related problems within one year of purchase, we will repair the product. Please send pictures of the product to our customer service. To validate the warranty, we need your receipt, so please keep your Utua bag receipt. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects caused by use. Therefore, please use your bag carefully and avoid, for example, overpacking it, which puts excessive strain on the zipper.
If your bag breaks after the warranty expires, we can repair it for a small fee. Please contact our customer service so we can help you!
Fashion items and clothing generally do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. Utua clothing line products do not have a warranty.
When a product does not have a warranty, the sale of goods is governed by, among other things, consumer protection and trade laws.
In this case, a product complaint is a matter between the buyer and seller of the product, because a contractual relationship has been established between them.
The product manufacturer is not liable for compensation in the event of a possible complaint, but the product seller is responsible for the defect.

7. Products
Leather is a natural material and is not waterproof. Leather products can be damaged when wet. You can gently dry the surface of a wet bag with a cloth, but do not rub the surface. Wet leather can remove color. You can spray the bag with a moisture protection spray, such as Collonilin Carbon Pro spray, which makes the surface of the bag moisture and dirt repellent. The size details for each bag are indicated on the product card. Computer bags are marked with the laptop size they are designed for.
We recommend that you treat your bag with a leather care product 1-2 times a year. A high-quality leather care product cleans dirt accumulated on the surface of the leather before it hardens and cares for the leather. Good care will extend the life of your bag. After care, it is a good idea to treat the bag with a moisture protection spray, which makes the surface moisture and dirt repellent.
