Utua is a Finnish brand that offers timeless and high-quality leather bags. We are building an international premium bag business while developing the digital presence of Langin Kauppahuone and the upcoming Lang Resort. customer journey into an international experience.

Do you want to be part of building a strong premium brand and accelerating our growth both in Finland and internationally? We are now looking for a results-oriented, strategically thinking and practical person to strengthen our team in online store growth and digital marketing.

We are looking for an experienced and committed Digital Growth & E-commerce Lead who will take overall responsibility for the commercial development of online stores and increasing digital sales in the Utua & Lang ecosystem.

This role focuses on growth, which we do responsibly. We are not looking for someone who makes strategy presentations, but someone who builds and develops, optimizes and grows themselves, with the help of a team.

Your task

You are responsible for the growth of digital sales and the development of online stores. You will develop and optimize the existing online store and You manage and implement advertising that enables growth.

Fog

  • Comprehensive growth of online store sales (Finland, International)
  • Shopify e-commerce development and optimization
  • Meta and Google advertising planning, implementation and optimization
  • Developing email marketing and automation
  • Analytics, reporting and data-driven development activities

Lang resort

  • Developing the digital customer journey at Langin Kauppahuone
  • Supporting the digital launch of the upcoming Lang Resort
  • Unifying SEO and conversion logic
  • Developing the digital customer experience

You are not responsible for the daily content input or IT support of the sites.
Your job is to build growth.

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong Shopify knowledge (essential)
  • Evidence of increasing online store sales
  • Practical experience with Meta and Google advertising
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and analytics
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the whole
  • Strong commercial mindset

We also appreciate

  • Experience in international online shopping
  • Klaviyo or other email automation expertise
  • SEO expertise
  • Understanding of a premium or designer brand
